Reactions

Now that Lance and I have been married for awhile, I have found that I can predict how he will react to some situations. I am not saying that I always know what to expect from him or that I can read his mind and know what he is going to do. I'm simply saying that I'm getting better at knowing what to expect from him when it comes to certain situations. When we first got married, I did not know what he would think of somethings or how he would react. Now after 8 months, I do not believe I have seen all his reacts but I think I've seen the most common ones. Haha. For example, today I text Lance to tell him the people were working on our yard, I went into our room to plug my phone in and then thought to myself that I better not because he'd be calling when he got the message to find out what they had been doing and all the information that I could give him. Sure enough, 5 minutes later I got a call from him asking me those things. I'm sure Lance would tell you that he can sometimes predict how I'm going to react to a situation too. However, I think it will take us many years to figure each other out and even after many years, I know we'll still have more to learn about one another. I see this as a good thing.

We were in a tornado warning a few nights ago. Of course I was worried and wondering if we needed to take cover but Lance was calm as could be. I hope we don't have anymore tornado warnings for awhile. I could do without that bad weather. There were some tornadoes that touched town not far from where we live. Lance told me there was damage to some people's wheat fields. Not cool...

We are excited because our yard is finally getting some grass! Can't wait until it's done! We are headed to Amarillo this weekend to try to find some rock for our flower bed. Hopefully we find something we want and can afford. :)
