Soup And Cookies

A few days ago Lance and I noticed that our chair was leaning back farther than it should be. So Lance went to work at fixing it. That night we went to bed and the chair looked even more broken as you can see by the picture above. I must admit I was a little worried that my husband had made the chair even worse and had broken it. The next night while I was in class he was working away at fixing it. After class I was happy to find the chair back together and looking better than normal! Whew! I have no idea what exactly he did and I don't care because it got fixed and that's what matters. :)

I've been wanting to make a new kind of soup. I found a recipe and gave it a try this week. It was Lance approved! Click Here to get the recipe. It's a crock pot recipe, which means it was also super easy!

The other night Lance had to go to a meeting in Amarillo where he got to eat free steak. Poor guy...not! So while he was gone I decided to bake. For these cookies, you first make the peanut butter cookies. These are yummy just like they are.

Then they go and make them even better by adding chocolate! We all know chocolate makes everything better!
