Crockpot Fajitas
Make these seriously!! I had these fajitas at a bunco party that some nice ladies invited me to awhile back. They were so good I had to get the recipe to make some again. I made mine with deer meat because I am trying to get the stuff out of my freezer!
Crockpot Fajitas
Boneless roast
Seasonings:
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups dry pinto beans
1 chopped onion
1 big can chopped green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans rotel tomatoes (or 1 can of rotel and 1 can of diced tomatoes)
Put all ingredients in a crockpot in this order...THE ORDER IS IMPORTANT!!!
Roast, seasonings, dry beans, onion, chilies, soup, tomatoes, Plus I add about a can of water to keep from sticking to the side of crockpot.
DO NOT STIR!! DO NOT LIFT THE LID DURING COOKING!!
Cook on high for at least 10 hours, depending on the size of your roast. Stir well when done and serve with tortillas, cheese, avocado, sour cream.
