Not only is he pulling up onto everything, he recently started to cruise around. My mom has informed me that I was walking at 9 months. I know this does not mean that Lucas will but he sure can get around. This child continues to make me more nervous everyday. As he pulls himself up, cruises around a little, and falls to his destination. I can't help but think how he is growing so fast right in front of my face.
We recently started taking Lucas to the nursery at church and boy does he hate it. Let me just say to the lovely ladies there...I'm sorry. Poor kid is way too much like his mama. My mom said I cried when she'd leave me at preschool and I'd cry a lot. Oh my...by the time we went to get Lucas, holding him just was not enough. He wanted to be far far away from that place. Most people seem to inform me that it is because I'm a stay at home mom. Maybe that's part of it but I also think a lot of it has to do with his personality.
This month has just been full of surprises. Lucas also decided drinking his formula during the day is for silly babies. This means that for a few weeks he would only drink formula at night. We have somewhat got that under control now but it is taking time. He is one stubborn little guy...wonder where he gets that from! As you may have guessed, he also hasn't been sleeping well because of this. I feel like MAYBE this is getting somewhat better but my oh my it is taking a lot of time and patience. Lots of patience.
You should probably pray for my husband. You see he has been dealing with a cranky baby and wife :)

What a fun age! I think we have an early walker on our hands, too. Busy, busy baby boys!
