9 Months

Lance and I keep telling each other how much fun Lucas is getting. We also keep telling each other how much more work it is to take care of him because of how much fun he is. He's hard to handle sometimes but we sure wouldn't have it any other way....Most days!

Gosh he constantly amazes us. He's walking around the house by holding onto whatever he can...he can't actually walk without holding onto something yet. He is talking away at home or when he feels comfortable. In public, he mostly looks around and takes everything in. He stares at people a lot and sometimes they stare back. He is climbing over things that get in the way of what he is after. He can pick up his food and shove it in his mouth...although sometimes he still just wants to be feed. Don't we all just wish someone would feed us sometimes?

You can't keep this child still. Believe me it's hard work trying...

Lance reminded me that since Lucas turned 9 months old, he has now been around a long as he was in my tummy. I hadn't thought of it like that and man that is crazy to think about. Time sure has already flew by. My baby will soon be a toddler and I'm not sure how I feel about that! Boy, this child sure has blessed us in so many ways!
