Austin 3 Months

This month Austin started doing some fun stuff. He is such a smiley baby. He is constantly smiling at the sound of our voices. He started to laugh and "talk" back to us. It is too cute and you just want to sit and let him laugh at you for hours.

 

 

He likes to try to chew on his toes but mostly he sees how long he can hang onto them. He often lays on his side to play and we are just waiting for him to roll on over. He is constantly watching Lucas and letting him entertain him. Which Lucas loves to do. Lucas likes to bring Austin random toys to "play" with. Austin is really sensitive to Lucas when he is being loud. Then again, if someone came up and roared in my face because they were being a lion, I might cry too! Not only is he sensitive to Lucas being loud. I have noticed that if I am holding him, when I raise my voice to get after Lucas he will often get upset about it. I just assumed that our second child would be used to all the noise because he would just have to but boy was I wrong. He has an opinion about it and is not afraid to let us know!

Austin usually eats every 3 hours during the day but that can also vary. He usually sleeps one decent stretch during the night and is very bright eyed in the morning. He normally plays pretty well in the morning on his piano mat. We started putting him in one of our jumpers and he loves it. He doesn't really jump yet but mostly stands there and plays with the toys.

Austin, daddy and I constantly talk about how much of a smiley little blessing you are to our family. We also believe that you are getting big too fast but we are loving watching you change!
