6 Months

 

This little man is 6 months old now! He's a sitting up, scooting, baby food eating cutie. While sitting up he only falls over occasionally or when his brother attacks him. You may laugh but this really happens. Sometimes Austin thinks it's hilarious and other times it really makes him mad. He's scooting around to get the toys he wants and it's already making me nervous! I'm constantly wondering, how'd he get that toy?

He eats 2 meals a day and has gobbled everything that I've fed him so far. He's had baby cereal, peas, green beans, broccoli, sweet potatoes, carrots, pears, apples, peaches, and mangos. He likes to drink his bottles super slow. I've been trying to push the fast nipple but he is not a big fan yet. +-

Austin thinks his brother is hilarious. Lucas can make him giggle like crazy. He roars in Austin's face and it's hilarious unless he takes it too far and starts to scare him. Lance wins the award for being able to make Austin laugh the longest and hardest. I haven't ever seen him laugh at anyone like he laughs at his daddy.

He's becoming skilled at picking up toys, chewing on his toes, and squealing. He likes to make sure we do not forget where he's at and often gets mad if we leave the room for awhile and he's not involved in the action. He hasn't really had any stranger danger yet but I'm bracing myself because I remember all that with Lucas.

I can't believe how fast he's growing! I'm so happy I get to be his mommy!
