Weekend Fun

We had a fun weekend! First Lucas had a friend come visit. I really didn't get any pictures, except this one. The boys had a great time playing together. Lucas was pretty sad when Hayden left but knew he had to go home. He's been talking about him ever since.

We also picked the best weekend to visit the local apple orchard. Just kidding...it was raining on and off all morning but it turned out fine. This place was awesome! We all had a great time! First, we stopped by the shop and had some "breakfast". Lance tried their famous apple turnovers and I had a pumpkin muffin. Lucas mooched off of both of us. After that the ride was leaving so we jumped on so the tractor could take us around the orchard.

 After the ride we headed out to pick our own apples. 

Lucas enjoyed sampling the apples and trying to loose us in the millions of rows of trees.

We will for sure be going back again next year! Now I should go and make an apple pie...
