ADM Appreciation Night
This week at the minor league baseball game ADM had an appreciation night. What Exactly does that mean? Free food, drinks, shirts, and entertainment. Yes, I was pretty impressed. We were all excited to go to the game. This was Lucas' second baseball game. Although I'm sure he doesn't remember anything about his first. All day he talked about ball with dada. I'm pretty sure he thought we were going to a sports class that he took this summer but either way, he was excited.
We ate some ballpark food as we watched the team warm up. Okay, so I wasn't really paying attention to that. I was more concerned about eating and having to help my toddler eat. Once we were done eating we found some good seats, in the shade. It was picnic seating in the area we were in and that was perfect for Lucas. He didn't have to stay in his seat the whole time.
They had little packets for the kids that included safety coloring books, crayons, stickers, and a hat. Thank you to the woman that thought of that. What a good idea! Most of the stickers ended up on dada.
Although we left during the 5th inning, it was still a lot of fun. This pregnant lady just got hot and it was past bedtime. I left excited to be a ADM wife because for once I have a t-shirt!
Today Lucas overheard me telling my dad about the game. After that he kept asking me, more ball? I'm pretty sure any baseball game we go to next will be a disappointment.
Thanks ADM for the fun evening!
