Labor Day Weekend

The long weekend was great! We ate at a few local places. Lucas decided pickles dipped in pudding was the best choice. I greatly disagree but whatever. The kid wasn't screaming and that's always a great thing when you eat somewhere.

We spent a lot of time working in the yard, putting up more corn, and playing at the park. Lucas decided he loves this purple slide at our local park. Why wouldn't he? After all, it's purple!

Monday afternoon we decided to go to a lake that is seriously 10 minutes from our house. I was pretty excited when we showed up and there was a nice beach and swimming area. When I say a nice beach, I mean a nice beach for a lake. Haha! It was a beautiful day to be outside!

Along with all the fun we had, we also got a lot done around the house. Baby #2's room is about done and I'm getting things organized for Lucas' new set up. I can't wait to show them to you!
