Chicago Italian Beef

Lance and I got into watching The Next Food Network Star this season. Then Jeff, The Sandwich King, won! We were excited! His first show was this weekend and he made this yummy looking sandwich. Lance was dying for this Chicago Italian Beef sandwich. So yesterday I made it. Of course I couldn't do it exactly like he did. I also tried making his Hot Giardiniera to put on the sandwich but it didn't turn out like we expected. It says it gets better with time, so maybe in a few days we will like it more. Here is my picture of the sandwich with the dip. The dip was yummy but spicy. We added provolone cheese to ours. Yum...I would recommend you make this sandwich!
