The truth is...I'm a messy baker. Okay, so whenever I do something in the kitchen it turns out looking something like the picture. This is just how I roll in the kitchen. Please don't judge me.
The way I am in the kitchen drives my husband nuts. I think part of the reason I continue to cook like this is because it drives my husband crazy. Although, I don't make him clean up my mess. So I really don't see what the problem is. Especially when he gets something yummy out of it!
This coconut cream pie looked awesome when I took it out of the oven! Then about 4 hours later I took it out of the refrigerator and the meringue had shrunk! I was a little upset about this and have no idea what I did wrong. Anyone have a clue? If so, please share your advice with me!
